A breathtaking lodge nestled on the windswept shores of Islay, a remote Scottish island famed for its peaty whisky and dramatic landscapes. Now, picture the challenge of transforming its interior – a task Robertson Decorators recently tackled head-on!
This project wasn’t your average renovation. Islay’s remoteness presented a unique set of hurdles. Daily logistics became an adventure in itself, with adverse weather conditions constantly testing our adaptability. But our team thrives on overcoming challenges, and meticulous project management kept everything running smoothly.
Our Approach and Solution
Liaising with other trades on a tight-knit island community demanded clear communication and strong collaboration. Sourcing materials also presented a logistical puzzle, requiring resourcefulness and a can-do spirit. Yet, despite these obstacles, Robertson Decorators persevered, transforming the lodge with the same dedication we bring to every project.
